The name Xerox may be synonymous with printing but the brand’s offering extends far beyond, encompassing systems, hardware, software and services to support everything from transportation to healthcare, financial services and HR. It was time to spread the word but, to do so in a way that would engage, Xerox needed to produce revealing content that helped explain and promote its technology, using a new tone of voice that was human and full of personality for their global audience.
